In connection with entering into an agreement with Awesome Cosmetics Ltd., or taking steps to enter into such an agreement, in accordance with Article 13 par. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter “RODO”), we kindly inform you that:

Awesome Cosmetics Ltd. processes your personal data in order to take actions aimed at concluding a contract or its conclusion and settlement on the basis of: art. 6 par. 1 lit. a), b) and c) of RODO. In addition, we will process your data for the purpose of claims related to the performance of the Contract binding us, which is also our legitimate purpose for processing the data legal basis: art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) of RODO.

The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary in order to take action to perform the Contract. The data will be processed for the period necessary for the performance of the contract and the statute of limitations for claims related to its performance.

Personal data obtained in this manner will be transferred to authorized institutions defined by law and to processors who provide services to Awesome Cosmetics Ltd.

As a rule, your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. In connection with the processing of data by Awesome Cosmetics Ltd., each person whose data we process has the right to:

● request access to their data,

● obtain a copy of their data,

● rectify their data,

● transfer their data

● request the deletion or restriction of the processing of their data,

● object to the processing of your data,

● file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

In connection with data processing by Awesome Cosmetics Ltd. your personal data will not be subject to profiling or automated decisions.
