Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to respond.

To be eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition it was received in, unused, have the labels provided and be delivered in its original manner. You will also need proof of purchase

If your returns are accepted, we will send you return labels and instructions on how and where to send the packages. Packages sent to us without prior acceptance, which will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
One of the types of items cannot be returned. These include Perishable items (such as food, flowers or products), Basic items (such as products delivered as part of a special service or consumer service), and Regulation items (such as cosmetics). We do not provide returns on delivered materials, flammable results or results. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about specific items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on original items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure what you receive is a final return and issued on a new item after the return is received.

14-day withdrawal period in the European Union

As mentioned above, your product must be in the same condition in which it appears, must not be used, must have a label and be installed in the original device. You will also need proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you after we have received and checked your returns and provide information on the acceptance or rejection of the refund. If the refund is accepted, it is automatically made via payment methods within 10 working days. It is essential that the bank or company must have applied the credit card in order to be able to take some time to process and make the refund.
